Fall 2006 Northbrook Conference

Does it seem to you as though there is a conference going on somewhere every week? Anyway, Doug McHone (CoffeeSwirls) attended the Fall 2006 Northbrook Conference at Northbrook Baptist Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa last week. Here is his coverage of the event:

I am going to a conference this weekend on how to shoot a deer with a bow.
it is a hands on conference with only me and a deer (hopefully) in attendance.
If history is any indicator I will come home sans deer.

That sounds like a great conference. My #1 son brought home his first deer this year (with a rifle), a nice forkhorn mulie.
