Random thoughts on sin:
All sins are equally sinful and carry equal guilt, but all sins are not equally damaging.
It is better to think of sinning and have to repent of the thinking, than to follow through and have to repent of the doing.
It is better to sin and be sorry than to refrain from sin and be proud of it.
There is no sin of which I am not guilty, and no day on which I do not sin. God, grant me the grace of repentance.
“Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?” . . . “but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
